Our Verification Process
How We Maintain a Trusted, Invite-Only Community of Providers
The Sister Synergy Society was created with one purpose in mind: to provide a trusted, secure, and supportive space for Providers—built on real connection, shared experience, and verified presence in the industry.
Because of the unique and often personal nature of our work, this isn’t a community anyone can simply stumble into. It’s a space reserved for those who live it, get it, and are committed to showing up with integrity and intention.

Sister Synergy is a place where Providers can:

✦ Ask questions that can’t be answered by a Google search
✦ Share strategies, resources, and real experiences with others who
truly understand
By keeping the community verified and intentional, we protect the
quality of conversation, the safety of our members, and the spirit
of mutual respect that defines this space.
How Access Works
Sister Synergy is a private, invite-only network. Here’s how the verification process ensures the integrity and safety of our community:
1. Founding Invites & Ongoing Admin Outreach
Initial invitations were sent directly by the founding admin team — Providers who not only built The Sister Synergy Society, but who are also active, respected members of the industry.
These hand-selected invites helped establish the tone, trust, and culture we believe in.
While member referrals are now key to expanding the community, the Society's admin team continues to issue direct invitations as well — ensuring diversity, maintaining quality, and fostering global growth.
2. Member-to-Member Referrals
Verified members can now refer others into the network through a trusted referral program:
✦ You may refer Providers you personally know
✦ You may also refer those you’ve followed or engaged with long enough to reasonably verify they are, or have been, active Providers
✦ All referrals are expected to uphold the same standards of care, professionalism, and trust as the original founding invites
This referral-based model allows the community to grow organically, while still protecting the safety, privacy, and integrity of the space.
3. Direct Request with Proof of Provider Status
If you haven’t received a referral, you may request an invite by verifying your identity as a Provider.
✦ Submit a link on the sign-up form to a professional social media or business page that clearly shows you’ve been active in the industry for over one year
✦ Then, send us a DM on our main social media account from your social media work account.
✦ All requests are manually reviewed to ensure alignment with our values and standards
✦ Please allow up to 48 hours for verification. You will receive an email once you have been verified.
This pathway ensures that committed, legitimate Providers can still join while maintaining our community's credibility and trust.
Our team also monitors activity, reviews flagged content or concerns, and supports the integrity of our shared space at all times.
