The mission is to foster a safe, respectful, and empowering space for Providers to connect and thrive. These guidelines are here to ensure that our shared space remains respectful, helpful, and uplifting for all and by joining The Sister Synergy Society, you agree to the following:

Respect & Professionalism

❊ Treat all members with respect and courtesy

❊ Embrace diverse experiences and perspectives

❊ Assume good intent, but hold space for accountability

Privacy & Confidentiality

❊ Do not share screenshots, quotes, or private messages outside the platform without explicit consent

❊ Respect members’ privacy and protect sensitive discussions

No Judgment Zone

❊ This is a space for honest questions and real talk

❊ Offer advice respectfully, without shame or superiority

No Harassment or Abuse

Zero tolerance for:

❊ Harassment, hate speech, discrimination

❊ Unsolicited messages or inappropriate contact

❊ Bullying or targeting other members

Promotion & Business Sharing

❊ Self-promotion is allowed in designated conversations

❊ No spam or excessive solicitation

❊ Collaboration is encouraged; exploitation is not

Reporting & Enforcement

❊ Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the community. To report an issue, please contact us.
